Effective training comprises many facets, all of which have to be right if the key messages are to stick, and indeed, contrary to popular belief, whilst they are not mutually exclusive, presenting and training are not necessarily one and the same thing. Our course will help new and time-served trainers to sharpen and practice their skills, enhancing the learning experience for future attendees in every respect.
